The hospital receives periodical magazines, literature, and other material which prompt the Doctors and surgeons in the hospital to use latest sophisticated technology to lessen the sufferings of the patients and to make painless surgery.
Conference Hall
Ratan Jyoti Netralaya has a well furnished and fully air-conditioned conference hall on 1st floor of the building which has a capacity to accommodate about 200 participants. This has been constructed with a view to organize conferences at national and international level and share knowledge of the experts in various fields of medical sciences. Such conferences are of paramount importance as these keep on updating knowledge of the professionals and prompt the doctors and surgeons to use the latest technology with its advantages.
 
Saftey Measures
The safety of the patients that lies in the safety of the hospital, is our prime concern. Keeping this thing in mind, we have provided effective hydrant system which is fully automatic. In the event of fire, the systems get automatically activated and fire is controlled and extinguished by using water sprinklers provided on each floor of the building. Besides, we have sufficient number of portable fire extinguishers placed at prominent places to handle any type of situation arising out of fire.
Optometry
In the hospital, a separate unit for optometry is set up where the preliminary eye examination of the patients is carried out by the qualified and trained Optometrists with the help of imported machines. The tests carried out in the optometry are refraction, retinoscopy, contact lens, convergence exercise, Non Contact Tonometry etc.
